The latest incarnation of our territory mapping suite of tools is due to be released by end of November 2019. A more simple version of the system is available here https://www.gbmaps.com.
You will be able to upgrade for free to the new system when it is released.
Up to 80 possible zones
Define multiple territories and split a country into those territories or zones, assigning a different shade or colour to each zone.
Unlimited number of markers
Add different sized textual markers in different colours and styles along with pushpins, images and eminating radius circles to a map.
Census data or upload your own
Additional data can be attached to each postcode which can assist you when building your territories based on population data, sales figures, store locations etc. A very powerful part of our software which can help with franchise planning, postal marketing campaigns or planning store positioning. e.g. Planning franchisee zones of equal populations can be done by selecting an appropriate number of postcode districts based on the population tally shown in the legend.
Auto create heatmaps
Create a colour gradient heat map(Choropleth map) from a list of postcodes uploaded from an excel spreadsheet. Import your customer database list of 10k postcodes. Choose how many different shades of colour to use and create a map showing where the highest density of customers is across the country. Used alongside additional data you can cross reference your maximum density of customers with population data for the same area, giving valuable insight.
Distance travelled over time
Draw Isochrones or travel time polygons on a postcode or boundary map. Specify a postcode as a centre point and automatically calculate the distance that can be travelled within a certain time frame using all possible roads and display as colour coded polygons on a map. Useful to show delivery zones for drivers, working out electric vehicle ranges or staff commuting distances. When overlaid on a postcode map with additional data enabled it’s analysis possibilities are endless.
Save time by importing data
Import data from an excel spreadsheet or a postcode list from a text file and automatically colour an entire postcode or county boundary map. Your postcode data will be automatically validated and formatted correctly with any errors identified and fixed. Once imported it is possible to further customise the map and incorporate any of the other features the system can offer including additional data, isochrones, circles, images or coloured marker flags.
